Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Jaipur studio in 2–4 working days and reach most Indian cities within 2–6 days of dispatch. Hand-embroidered pieces take 7–10 working days to make.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India on orders up to ₹25,000, with no extra charge.

How do I choose a size?

Every product page has a size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements in inches. Our silhouettes are relaxed — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Accepted Answer

Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn with tags intact. Sale and customised pieces are final sale.

How should I care for hand-crafted fabrics?

Dry clean chikankari and silk. Machine-wash linen and cotton cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle, and line dry in shade. Iron on the reverse.

Question 6

Why do prints and weaves vary slightly?

Accepted Answer

Hand-block printing, chikankari and khadi are made by hand, so small irregularities occur. They are the mark of the craft rather than a defect.
