Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and carries its original tags.

Write to care@labelorenda.com with your order number and a photograph of the piece. We arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours where our courier partners service your PIN code.

Where reverse pickup is unavailable, we reimburse standard courier charges up to ₹150 against a receipt.

Sale pieces, customised or altered garments, and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Slight irregularities in hand-block printing, chikankari and khadi weaves are inherent to the craft and are not treated as defects.
