Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Jaipur studio within 2–4 working days of your order being confirmed.

Hand-embroidered and made-to-order pieces take 7–10 working days, as each panel is finished by hand.

Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders above ₹2,999.

Orders below ₹2,999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹149 anywhere in India.

We ship with Bluedart and Delhivery. Metro addresses usually receive parcels in 2–3 days, other cities in 4–6 days.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is picked up. You can also follow progress on our Track Order page.
