A full-length red gown built around a clean silhouette rather than heavy surface work. The cut does the work here, falling straight from the shoulder with enough movement through the skirt to carry an evening. Cut in cotton and finished by hand in small runs in Jaipur. The red is dyed in short batches, so the depth of colour varies a little between pieces and reads warmer than a machine-dyed finish. Intended for weddings, receptions and evening events where you want a strong single colour rather than embellishment. Wears well with gold or oxidised silver and minimal jewellery.
